     Allcorn Leather’s One-of-a-Kind creations are absolutely unique; you will NEVER​ see another one like the one you buy.  I start with a pattern I have and make the body of the bag.   After that, the remainder of the work is based solely on inspiration.  I might cut parts off and change the leather to “hair-on” or deer or fish.  Most shoulder bags, for example, have a double shoulder strap that will probably be made of two different leathers.

     This is the most beautiful hair-on hide I have seen in 45 years of this leather work, possibly because it is calf hide.
The "Artemis II" is a HANDSEWN rugged and beautiful bag.  It features a buckle on the shoulder strap to adjust the strap to your preferences.  SIZE: Approximately 12" X 12".
     The Greek goddess Artemis was the rugged goddess of the hunt and all wild things found in the woods.  Although a skilled hunter, she was also particularly protective of all the young animals.
     Like the goddess herself, "The Artemis" is designed to be rugged and to last for decades.

ARTEMIS LINED
This Artemis is approximately 12" x 12" and is completely lined with goat hyde.  There is also a cell phone pocket on the back.  The front flap has a 3-layered design that includes snake skin.
The coolest feature is the inside light.  There is a small pocket with no bottom attached to the front of the bag  that holds a pen light.  When pressed, the entire inside of the bag is illuminated.  The pen light can also be removed for use outside the bag.

 THE BAG:​
          The basic pattern for this bag is called Marian (see background below).  The bag has a 2” gusset and measures 8” wide x 6” tall.  The brown leather is cow hide, the lighter leather is goat and there is even a bit of hair-on deer hide peeking out from a couple holes in the front.
          I added a cell phone pocket on the back and another piece of goat under the flap.
          The double thick shoulder strap has goat accents at the base.
 
BACKGROUND:
          Most of my bags are named after Greek gods and heroes.  For the basic pattern of this bag, I deviated from this standard with a nod to the famous British tale, The Legends of Robin Hood, and named the bag after Robin’s greatest love, Marian.
